  • cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop gold standard whey protein chocolate
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

  • In a medium-sized bowl, add the yogurt and honey, then the Gold Standard protein, and stir well until all the ingredients are mixed.
  • Put the mixture in a serving bowl, then add the banana and chocolate pieces on top
